Active Ingredients:

• • Rauwolfia vomitoria,
  • Aframomum melegueta (a.k.a.: grains of paradise, melegueta pepper, Guinea grains, ossame, or twi: fom wisa),
  • Garcinia kola (a.k.a.: bitter kola),
  • Piper guineense (black pepper, yoruba: iyere, igbo: uziza, twi: soro wisa),
  • Xylopia aethiopica (a.k.a.: grains of selim, negro pepper, twi: hwenteaa),
  • Allium sativum (garlic),
  • Petroleum jelly, Camphor

Indication:
Bodily pains, Rheumatism, Boils, Rashes, Waist pains & Headache.

Direction for Use:
For all indications, apply to affected parts three times daily and for headache apply on forehead three times daily.
